No one individual can lead an organization to success. John D. Rockefeller, Steve Jobs, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Jack Welch, and others like them, were, and are, all incredible business leaders. However, none of these individuals created success alone. Each one relied on the talent of interdisciplinary teams. And each team member was relied upon to contribute a piece of the puzzle.
